We have had a gorgeous summer, and Sarah’s wedding was an exceptional day at the River Mill. What a wonderful bride and groom! Thank you for doing this particular shot Sarah…can’t wait for the “After the Wedding” portraits. Here’s a few, at least! (I want a ghost blogger for Christmas this year)

Kim and Dan got married at Del Rio Country Club on a warm Saturday afternoon, we were fortunate to have a few breezes…it was beautiful! I enjoyed working with everyone, lots of laughs and great food! Kim’s bouquet was filled with fresh mint…a clever idea because when she walked by you the fragrance filled the air, it was cool and refreshing.
The ceremony program on the left, and opposite, Kim stands in front of her parent’s wedding portrait, faded over the years, priceless.

As usual I’m burning some serious midnight oil. I started putting images together for this blog post and the next thing I know it’s 2:00 am? Rheena and Jose – I loved working with you… I’m so glad your ceremony was in the beautiful old St. Stanislaus church…the light…the light is tangible there, we felt how gorgeous it was. This wedding was wonderful on many levels – Maria and Jeremy were great, the bride wore cute shoes, I got to work with JJ Ramos and Norma and Robert Cabrera! Robert was the videographer, Norma was his “assistant”. We were like paparazzi and had a lot of fun. Enjoy a few of the images…

What a weekend! The bridal portraits were taken the day before the wedding on the beautiful campus of Santa Catalina private school in Carmel. We lucked out with that location after our first place fell through. But thanks to a quick phone call to the head-mistress by my second shooter (and Santa Catalina alumni) JJ Ramos, we were allowed access to the school grounds. And according to Amanda, the school was better than the original location! This was no small favor we were granted. I had to pinch myself every once in a while as I realized I was right in the middle of a rarefied “God-wink”. Enjoy the images…
